Welcome to Hermitage Hall
Hermitage Hall is a CARF-accredited residential treatment facility. We’re dedicated to helping boys and girls who are struggling with emotional and behavioral problems that stem from trauma, abuse, and sexual exploitation. Our programs take a trauma-informed approach to treat youth who are exhibiting mood disorders such as depression, reactive behaviors, sexually-inappropriate behaviors, PTSD and more. With education services, intensive therapy options and enrichment opportunities, Hermitage Hall offers a holistic environment for young people to restore their self-worth and find a path to healing.
Services
Hermitage Hall offers the Sexually Reactive Program for Boys, ages 8 to 12, and the Sexually Reactive and Trauma Program for Girls, ages 8 to 12. These programs offer treatment and support for children who are exhibiting emotional distress and behavioral issues as a result of trauma, sexual abuse and more. The programs provide children with a range of therapy modalities to address reactive behaviors and encourage positive changes in thinking patterns.
Hermitage Hall offers the Adolescent Sexually Abusive and Sexual Behavior Program for Boys ages 13 to 17, and the Adolescent Trauma Program for Girls ages 13 to 17. These two programs provide treatment and support for teenagers exhibiting emotional, behavioral, and sexually-reactive issues as a result of trauma, violence, sexual abuse and more. We also offer a specialized Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Minors (CSEM) Program, in partnership with End Slavery Tennessee, for young women who’ve been victims of human trafficking.

“Coming to Hermitage Hall for treatment didn’t sound so good to me at first. I thought this program would never work for me. Looking back at my past behaviors and poor decision-making skills, I’m proud of myself for completing the program. My self-esteem and confidence are now high because I feel like I’ve accomplished something and it feels great. I’m glad I had a team (a good one) to help me learn myself. Now I know that I’m not alone and that people actually do care about me. I’ve learned how to see the bigger picture and how to use proper coping skills that I’m going to continue to use while I’m at home. I’m glad that I came here and got myself together.”
