Hermitage Hall wants to ensure that all patients are receiving the kind of care that they need. To make sure that we’re constantly addressing their needs, we survey our patients upon discharge, asking them to rate our facility, our staff, and our services. Through these questions, we’re able to fortify the strengths of our programming and identify the potential weaknesses that need to be improved.
PATIENTS SURVEYED IN 2017 PROVIDED US WITH THE FOLLOWING DATA:
98% of residents were satisfied with their treatment at Hermitage Hall (9% increase from 2016)
98% of residents felt better at discharge than when they were admitted (7.6% increase from 2016)
96% of residents were satisfied with their attending physician (7.3% increase from 2016)
